When we have the above personal info and copies, the rental guys prepare the contract which you need to sign in person when taking delivery of the motorcycle. Two working days before the rental is due (collection date), the rental team will mail you a secure “my gate” e-payment link. You are required to populate this secure payment form with your personal details, mobile number and credit card detail. A one-time-pin (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone via a 3-D Secure link. Capture this OTP in the space provided for and the security deposit will be paid electronically. Important to know is that a deposit amount gets blocked only on the rider’s credit card. We recommend clients do this 24-hours before the rental is due. Doing it 24-hours in advance has its advantages. If your bank flags the transaction or if you the rider did not notified his/her bank about large amounts being processed via the credit card, then you can still contact them to rectify the matter whilst at home. This way he/she can still sort the issue out with their banks. Riders thus needs to know that they will receive a mail from Motorrad Executive Rentals with the e-payment option. Copies of the passports and driver’s license via e-mail are still required because these gets attached to the contract you must sign.
