You will after your e-mail consultation and discussions with us, receive an invoice for the tour you book as well as a tour summary highlighting what you are getting from us. You will be required to pay a 20% deposit to secure your place. This will then secure a place on the tour and 60 days prior to the start of the tour you will be required to pay the outstanding balance. Should we not receive it, we will accept that you have cancelled and will charge you with the stipulated cancellation fees. We require all participants to make payment via bank transfer, to the bank account listed on the invoice, and provide us with a proof of payment when doing so.
